About Jeff

Jeff completed a bachelor’s degree in social work in 2015 from Union College and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. He has worked with families in many different environments – including in home services, outpatient therapy and residential care.

Jeff has spent many years in various volunteering positions. He spent time with the Montebello volunteer fire department and a certified SKYWARN storm spotter in Lincoln, NE. Jeff likes to volunteer to help run outdoor programs for teens and youth. This passion has allowed him to visit different parts of the county to help with events in places such as Gillette, WY and Wrangell, AK.

Jeff has been trained and many different therapeutic modalities including Bowen family systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE treatment), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Jeff has been working for 5 years with teens and their families. He enjoys helping clients with ADHD, depression, anxiety, learning disorders, and academic challenges. He also specializes in working with couples, as well as families of military and first responders.

Jeff enjoys volunteering and spending time with family and friends. He spends his time hiking in the mountains, exploring new places, riding his motorcycle, and hanging out with his Husky named Clark.
